DEPUTY ROLES AVAILABLE
With the expansion of the company and a full rotational back-shift taking effect from w/c 4th April there are 5 deputy roles available on the shop floor. They are for the following departments:
- Assembly – 2 positions available
- Machine Shop – 2 positions available
- Spray Shop – 1 position available
As a deputy you will fulfill the number 2 position on day shift covering and backing up your line manager, on night shift you will have sole responsibility for your team. The position will require further training in particular on Leadership and Communication.
To apply you must be willing to work with the 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotational back-shift pattern.
The position is a promotion and involves an increase in salary.

We would like to have these positions in place from early April.
